"There are few asphalt guys out there who keep to their word on project timelines and quality of work. This family, locally owned company is one of the good guys in the biz.

We have a winery/tasting room in the Red Mountain AVA and needed to pave a 1200ft driveway. I had four bids. The Tri-Cities Asphalt guys weren't the least expensive, but they had the best reputation with the Benton County road inspectors.

Give these guys a shot at bidding your job. They work long hours to get your job done quickly, have nice equipment for a high quality finished road/parking lot, and do a great job of treating your job as if it was their own (clean lines, straight paint, and pick up after themselves)."

Commercial Paving Process

While the complexity and specific steps involved in a commercial asphalt project can vary depending on factors like the size of the area, climate conditions, and intended use of the surface, we follow a general three-step process with almost every new asphalt installation process.

Planning & Preparation

We'll assess the site, take measurements, and determine the best solution for your project. Any existing asphalt or damaged surfaces are removed and the area is properly cleaned and leveled.

Installation

We prepare and deliver hot asphalt mix to the site, then carefully spread and compact it using our specialized equipment. We respect your property and always clean up after ourselves.

Finishing & Maintenance

Finalizing any commercial asphalt project may involve applying striping and car stops. Regular maintenance, including periodic inspections, crack sealing, and resurfacing, should be carried out to ensure the longevity of the surface.
